KL-Putrajaya Highway Dilemma: To enter or not to enter??

Most of frequent KL-Putrajaya Highway users know motorcycles are banned from using that highway ... bukan saya cakap punya ... Samy Vellu cakap punya.

Samy Vellu cakap, road not wide enough. Hati dalam said, muka padan juga itu biker, no pay toll no enjoy toll jugak. Anyway, what do I care? I drive to work.... make my driving easier without to watch left right and back from deadly incoming rempit missile.

Anyway itu old story. Funny thing is, ok... no entry signboard for motorcycles are on every entry, but if you notice, they also provide toll lane for motorcycles to pass thru without ramping the toll gate barrier.

How is that possible? for mata-mata gelap maybe... but still many other highways are without motocycle lane.... LDP ? ELITE ? KL-SEREMBAN ? PLUS ? GRIK - JELI ? KARAK ? GOMBAK-KUANTAN ? KLANG UTARA ?

Is Federal Highway is the only one got motorcycle lane?

And how about LDP Bikers on ugly green thing they call bike using FLYOVER which is clearly NO ENTRY for bikers. Seem LDP actually remove all No entry sign for bikers on all their flyover.

The Truth About "Hantu Tindih"

SLEEP PARALYSIS a.k.a "HANTU TINDIH"

Have you ever woke up middle of the night, lie helplessly in bed, sense of been aware but unable to move or speak and having your whole body paralyze. Then you start sensing eerie and chilling effect like something is watching you. Sometimes people see dark, hairy figures, or of being in a dream-like state, yet feeling fully awake.

I did ... not once ... but many many many times

Some people says "something" is pressing you down and paralysing your whole body, top to toe. You don't actually feel the pressure, but the only thing you can move could be your eye lid, and toe or your thumb. You can't speak .. you may scream in your heart but no one would hear it.

Scary is it....

Allow me to share a few of such encounter by some of my friend and me myself.


Story #1

On one occasion, me and my other college mates were filling up evening time on empty talk and jokes. Then we start talking and sharing our experiences on this "Hantu Tindih". One of us, biggest of all, start his rubbish dare by challenging the spirit to visit him.

That night he got what he wish for. He told us he fight hard ... but that what he say laa .. what actually happen ? something we never know.

Story #2

I personally have not encounter such phenomenon until I was in my early 20's. Funny enough, my first encounter when I was sleeping in a hospital, taking care of my sick brother. It was the first time I spend my night in a hospital and after all the ghostly story I heard about such place, I was not looking forward for it.

Sure enough, the one night was the first visit. Some say, once you experienced it, it will keep on coming back. True enough, in my case... it happen many times, I lost count of it but it no longer scare me like it use before.

Sometime I don't even try to wake up and just continue my sleep. All my encounters turn out without any scary object, or monster, or ghost.

Except for one particular night...... it was a hairy big monkey gorilla, not even an old hag.
Believe it or not.... it was a sexy slim naked chinese girl on top of me..... I can feel her soft skin as I touched her arms.

Just about things to get nasty suddenly ...... poooof !!! its all gone and I was like ... noooo nooo noooooo !!!


WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED ?

You see.... when you sleep.... you fall into sleeping mode, most of the time - you dream, then you stop dreaming and wake up. These are normal stages during your sleep time.

When you sleep, you body auto shut down and its went into paralyst mode. This act of shutting down your body mechanism actually search a very important purposes. When you fall asleep, most of the time you'll start dreaming.

Once you start dreaming, you are in REM mode. REM is "Rapid Eye Movement". This shows your are in state of dreaming. Technically your body should move according to your movement in your dream. Thanks to our auto shut down function, it forcefully paralyst our body.


The reason why in the morning you wake up on the same bed is because of this system. Some people have problem in their "stop" function, that is why some people sleep walking - thought it's rare.

Occasionally some muscle part "wake up" and perform or acting as per what you dream, like leg kicking, hand grabbing glass but you can't get hold of the glass - obviously because the glass only appear in your dream.

Sleep cycle comes in 5 stages :

1. Light sleep, muscle activity slowing down, bit of muscle twitching.
2. Breathing and Heart rate slow down..... muscle complete shutdown.
3. Deep sleep begin.
4. Very deep sleep, brain activity started.
5. Brain wave activity increase, heart rate increase, breathing increase, REM started.
   

At this point where SLEEP PARALYSIS took place. When you wake up while your are still in REM state, you will experience sleep paralysis.

• You cannot move because your muscle still in shut down mode.
• You cannot talk because your in half sleep - half awake mode.
• You see black figure @ hairy monster @ pretty leng lui because in REM state you tend to hallucinate
  

SLEEP PARALYSIS will end by itself within minute or when someone touch you.

Then, within split second, you'll stop dreaming and your body mechanism start functioning as usual. Due to long hour paralysis, your body feel little bit weak in the morning. That is why you tend to stretch your hand and leg - kind of exercise.


In some cases, when hallucinations are present, people feel that someone is in the room with them, some experience the feeling that someone or something is sitting on their chest and they feel impending death and suffocation. That has been called the “Hag Phenomena” and has been happening to people over the centuries. These things cause people much anxiety and terror, but there is no physical harm.There no physical harm done - thought most of the time you will feel scared by the experiences.

Why is this happening is this a big question mark .... some say it has to do with genetic, some says your sleeping technique, some say sleeping habit.

But I personally like to believe that you just have been touch by ........

It was all for good intention, why not, after 50 years of Merdeka, we are damn sure not forgetting about senior National Hero like Tengku Abdul Rahman, Tun Abdul Razak .... and many more of those who contributed their life and efforts to ensure we are what we are now.

Why I'm against No 4 ? Simple .... first of all, the word "STUDENT" , 10 years ago, sex at teen is a taboo, thanks to urbanization "the bangsar life" , virginity at teen now is a taboo. Table has turn upside down, kids proud to have sex experience, virgins are uncool. Why must spend money and sweat promoting safe sex? what is definition safe sex? would having sex with different person but wearing condom consider safe sex? would having sex with prostitude but wearing condom is also consider safe sex. Is this what MARINA MAHATHIR are teaching. My GOD ....

Yes ... weird izzit? but that what happen for the last 2 days, NKVE from Shah Alam toll toward Kelana Jaya exit. It was straight road, and for some reason the sun was slightly lower than usual and it was extremely x'tra bright and located right 12 o'clock in front of us, drivers moving toward Kelana Jaya.

How does it effect us? like taking a photo, our vision blurred and cars infront becomes darker, we hardly see front car break light up when they are breaking. So everyone had to slow down and having it happen during peak hour... you imagine the rest.

Things getting better just right before Kelana Jaya exit when the road bend toward the left and Sun end up on our right side.

So ... now you know not to play play with mother nature.

Lina Joy can go fly kite as far as I am concerned! We don’t need hypocrites and munafiqs in Islam , bringing God’s Faith into question and disrepute! Good riddance I say!

Prime Minister Dato Seri Abdullah Hj Ahmad Badawi spoke so wisely yesterday when some dumb reporter insinuated that there was political pressure exerted on the judiciary to have judged as they did?

PM Abdullah Badawi pooh poohed that idiotic statement and replied that ‘if Malaysia is truly intolerant of Christians, there will be no more Christians allowed to be here in this land!’

Those of you living outside Malaysia and have yet to set foot here in our land, please do us a favor.

Stop assuming anything about how things are over here in Malaysia and do not make up your minds just based upon one or two biased Malaysians blog postings or hearsay.

If you want to know whether we are intolerant of other faiths, then just wait for my post that will contain photos and proof of all the various establishments of faiths being allowed to operate and flourish here in this Malaysian paradise!

I am not much of a trumpet blower but I am proud to know that there do exist good natured Malaysians from all walks of life and am glad to have so many friends from all the faiths and ethnicities here in Malaysia.

Lina Joy is just one isolated case of an individual who went about her affairs in the wrong manner and screwed herself in the judicial process.

We all know that there are many cases of similar apostates who have emigrated and settled down abroad with no fanfare in the media and press.

Let’s not pretend that such cases do not exist. Malaysia is unique in the sense that the government has to assure it’s Muslim population that their affairs won’t be left to the whims and fancies of the civil court and that they will be judged according to the Syariah Courts.

The affairs of the Muslims must be justly managed by the Syariah system and the matter of the IC is just an official process.

If the authorities really want to impose the Hudud Laws on Azalina Jailani (which they won’t -for they do not really follow the Hudud laws to the letter) , then her case would be a matter of life or death.

The reality is that however , over here in Malaysia, the Syariah Laws are just limited to fines and imprisonment unlike what the real deal calls for.

So, please do not make a mountain out of a molehill and go accusing us Malaysians to be ‘intolerant’ of Christians and others.

If you do come to visit us here in Malaysia, take a drive around Petaling Jaya and count the number of churches you can see.

Don’t forget to stop by at Batu Caves and see the largest statue of the Hindu deity ‘Lord Muruga’ which towers above all the surrounding areas. Intolerance in Muslim Malaysia? Yeah…right!

Go take a tour of the Kek Lok Si Temple in Ayer Itam , Penang and see if we are really intolerant of all the pagodas and temples plus another humongous statue of the ‘Goddess of Mercy -Kuan Yin’ Taoist Chinese complex straddling the foothills of this ‘intolerant’ nation.

I mean, you guys who just know how to nitpick and zoom in onto our affairs are real hypocrites!

You just do not know how to appreciate the fairness and justice we have here in Malaysia.

We may not be perfect but ..hello!!!!…when it comes to religious harmony and tolerance, we are so much better than many other countries of the world, including those of you in the USA, UK, and the entire European countries!

Malaysia is just being misreported by the likes of the BBC and its counterparts because that’s what you guys do best! Screw truth and fair comment!

As for those of you here in Malaysia who love saying that this nation is all nuts, go take off to where you feel will lay down the red carpet for you and embrace you will so much love, it’s gonna ooze all over you!

I puncture my blood vessel

This morning I was scratching my foot and accidentally puncture one of my blood vessel. Apparently it was swollen and had small puncture from yesterday scratching. I had this bad habit of scratching things of my body, so little wound like mosquito bites would end up like scar from chicken pox.

And this morning while working on morning blog, I purposely scratch the small puncture wound and end up tearing my main vein. Blood spurt out as far as 2 feets, it doesn't hurt though.... I quickly put a pressure on it hoping the blood cloth would seal the wound as it normally does when you had blood taken with a syringe.

I'll be damn, I was wrong, the moment I took my hand off, it gushing out again, had my wife change new cloth and kinda wrap around tight hoping to slow down the blood flow. Blood all over the floor, like CSI murder scene gitu.

15 minutes later we were in clinic, and to our surprise the blood still gushing out. Doc say, long time he hasn't seen such cases. He told me, it normally happen on car accident victim. So it wasn't a normal puncture, it was torn out and need to be stitch out. Was told if bloody mary still come out have to refer to hospital and had the blood vessel sealed by burning it. Damn scary shit.

Actualy I should have buy tampon and stuck on my torn vein... ahak !! bocor lagi.

Dad Confesses To Burning Baby In Microwave

GALVESTON, Texas -- A 19-year-old was arrested and charged after police said his 2-month-old daughter was burned when he placed her in a microwave, KPRC Local 2 reported Wednesday.

Joshua Mauldin, of Arkansas, has been charged with injury to a child causing serious harm. He is in the Galveston County jail with bond set at $250,000. At Shriners Burns Hospital on Tuesday, doctors treated internal injuries and third-degree burns the infant suffered to the left side of her face and left hand. She is listed in critical condition. Maudlin arrived at the Quality Inn & Suites on Seawall Boulevard in Galveston last week along with the baby, his wife and mother. He called 911 on Thursday, saying that his baby had been burned in the hotel room when he tripped while carrying a pot of hot water to make coffee. But police Sgt. Annie Almendarez said investigators later decided the child's injuries were not consistent with that story.

She said investigators believe the child was in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds."I've been doing this for a lot of years and it actually brought tears to my eyes," Almendarez said. "I'm sitting there looking at the pictures and I'm sitting there looking at him and there's nothing I could really do about it but just keep my composure and go on."Detectives said Mauldin later confessed to putting his daughter in the microwave and said he was frustrated by the demands of caring for her. He said he wanted to get rid of the stress of caring for her."When we brought him in, he was -- every day -- there was no expression, no expression at all -- no remorse," Almendarez said.

At the time the child was injured, her mother and Mauldin's mother were picking up dinner at a nearby restaurant. According to police reports, Mauldin told investigators God ordered him to go to Galveston to look for work as a minister.If convicted, Mauldin could receive a prison term of five to 99 years, as well as a fine of up to $10,000.Doctors said they expect the baby to survive. However, the long-term ramifications are not known.

That's Bizarre: New research suggests hot sex can cure the common cold.

Swiss scientist Manfred Schedlovski claims his experiments show that regular love-making increases the amount of phagocyte cells, which boost the body's immune system and fight the microbes that cause colds.

He claims the number of phagocytes - which attack alien antibodies, causing them to self-destruct - significantly increases during sexual intercourse.

And according to Schedlovski's research, the number of phagocyte cells can even double after an orgasm, allowing alien microbes to be detected and destroyed more quickly.

Immunologist Peter Schleicher is among scientists to support Schedlovski's theory.

He told Bild am Sonntag newspaper: "Not only does sex heal our body, it also sustains its immune system."
